A third-party APK mirror. Use it when your device has no Google Play, the app is not available in your country, or you need the APK file to install on another device.
How to find the package name of an Android app
Every Android app has a unique package name, also called the application ID. On Google Play it is the value after id= in the address. In play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.telegram.messenger, the package name is org.telegram.messenger.
On your phone you can also find it in Settings, then Apps, then the app, under App details. Paste that name above to get the same result as the full link.

Is the APKPure file the same as the Play Store version?
APKPure publishes the APK that developers release on Google Play, usually shortly after each update. Right after a new release the versions can differ for a while, so check the version number before installing.
